Envínate Benje Tinto

Información sobre este vino:

Envínate Benje Tinto is a red wine from the Envínate winery, born on the island of Tenerife and crafted with the patience of old vineyards and the mineral electricity of a volcanic landscape. Its character belongs to a lineage of wines that do not seek to impose themselves, but to suggest: like an Atlantic breeze that sweeps through ancient ashes and leaves in the air a signature of fruit, flower, and stone.

This is a young-cut wine in the most noble sense of the term, though with a depth that belies any superficial lightness. Its aging classification is Young Wine, and its personality is expressed through a delicate tension between freshness, altitude, and volcanic soil. Envínate’s hand—always precise and with minimal intervention—lets the terroir speak in a clean, almost aristocratic voice, with no make-up and no excess varnish.

In the glass, Benje Tinto looks like a contrasting watercolor: luminous, incisive, full of drive, and with an elegance that’s a bit wild. It’s the kind of wine that reminds you that refinement is not at odds with energy; on the contrary, here energy is precisely the form of refinement. Its wine type is red, but its reading goes far beyond the category: it’s a drinkable landscape, a mountain-and-ash wine, with precise harvest timing and an Atlantic pulse.

It comes from old vines located in Tenerife, in the Ycoden-Daute-Isora area, on high-altitude volcanic slopes, around 1,000 meters above sea level. That Atlantic, rugged and luminous environment gives the wine an unmistakable identity. The volcanic soil and the island's climate give the whole a very marked mineral tension, while the altitude preserves the freshness of the fruit and aromatic clarity. It is a wine that seems to gaze at the sea from the mountain, with the serenity of one who knows the value of time.
