Chiroubles La Montagne
Información sobre este vino:
Chiroubles La Montagne is a red wine from the winery Domaine Jules Métras, a cuvée of free spirit and fine pulse, born in the windy heights of Chiroubles, in Beaujolais. Under the label of an appellation that already suggests verticality and nerve, this wine expresses itself as a piece of great purity, where the Gamay grape becomes taut silk, granite turned into perfume, liquid landscape with a calling for altitude.
It sits within the tradition of a young wine of precise cut, although its character and its origin grant it an ambition far greater than mere immediacy. The mountain is not here a simple name: it is a declaration of intent, a way of speaking of slope, of cold air, of poor soils and of a slow ripening that preserves the luminosity of the fruit. In the glass, its personality tends to move between floral fragrance, juicy red fruit and an almost airy finesse, as if the wine were walking on a tightrope without ever losing its balance.
