Dominio de Es La Diva is a red wine of almost mythological character, a cult piece born in the Ribera del Duero under the label of the winery Dominio de Es. Its profile moves with the solemnity of great cellar-aged wines, and its ageing classification places it in the orbit of meditation wines—those that are contemplated more than they’re drunk. Bertrand Sourdais’s hand gives the wine a refined, intense, and absolutely singular personality.
In its architecture, a noble ambition is evident: to translate an exceptional plot into an expression of delicacy, tension, and depth. The grape variety is structured around Tempranillo, with the presence of Albillo in some vintages, which adds an almost ethereal nuance to the matter. It comes from Ribera del Duero, with origins in singular vineyards in the Soria/Atauta area, worked as a rarity of the highest expression.
