RADIKON SLATNIK
Información sobre este vino:
Radikon Slatnik is an orange-style white wine made by the Radikon winery in Oslavia, within the IGT Venezia Giulia. It embodies that very particular way the house understands wine: nothing complacent, nothing obvious, all texture, energy, and an almost mineral elegance. The label does not promise drawing-room sweetness; it promises personality, depth, and a long conversation between fruit, skin, and wood.
As a medium-aged wine, Slatnik moves with the naturalness of one who has learned to speak slowly. The experience is that of a white with the soul of a red: a wine that does not merely refresh, but wraps, expands, and leaves an impression of noble matter. At Radikon, this style takes on an almost aristocratic profile, with that severe sobriety that captivates precisely because it does not seek to please everyone.
Its character stems from patient winemaking, discreet hands, and well-managed time. Aging in wood and skin contact lend it a tactile dimension, as if the fruit had been chiseled by the passing of the seasons. The result is a wine with the aura of a classic winemaker and, at the same time, a wild modernity that makes it profoundly current.
It comes from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, in the Oslavia area, a border territory where the vine finds a sober, stony expression of great character. The imprint of the place is perceived in that saline tension and in the feeling of a landscape wine, more geographical than decorative.
