Roselito de Antídoto

Información sobre este vino:

Roselito de Antídoto is a young rosé from the Bodega Antídoto, in the D.O. Ribera del Duero, moving with the grace of silk honed by the wind of the plateau. It doesn’t chase loudness or opulence; it prefers precision—an almost insolent elegance that appears when freshness is thought through intelligently and the vineyard speaks without disguises.

Made from Tempranillo and Albillo, this wine presents the mark of a young one that doesn’t need artifice to leave its imprint. Its profile is refined, mineral, and food-friendly, with a personality reminiscent of the delicacy of a well-made stroke: clean, sober, and yet full of nuances at the same time. In its style, there’s a very appealing tension between floral and fruity, along with a saline fineness that makes it especially distinctive.

In the glass, Roselito de Antídoto suggests more than it declares; its charm lies in that magnetic discretion that makes every sip seem to reveal a new layer. It’s a rosé of serious pedigree, with the aesthetics of a top-tier wine, where red fruit doesn’t take over—it converses with texture and mineral character in a register of great balance.

It comes from old vineyards located around San Esteban de Gormaz, in Soria, at an altitude of about 900 meters. This harsh yet luminous landscape gives the wine a contained energy, as if the land had decided to speak in a low voice but with a clear accent. The combination of altitude, old vines, and the character of the Sorian Ribera del Duero favors slow ripening and an especially fresh, fine, mineral expression.
