Suertes del Marqués Vidonia is a white wine from the Suertes del Marqués winery, in the D.O. Valle de la Orotava, Tenerife, that seems born to speak in a low voice and yet leave an extremely long-lasting impression. Its character is built on Listán Blanco, a variety that here expresses itself with a very rare mix of nobility, energy, and volcanic memory. In its making there is something of ancient praise and contemporary precision: a white wine of barrel aging that does not seek to impose itself, but rather to seduce with the elegance of one who knows its lineage perfectly.

Vidonia possesses that aura of a serious, almost aristocratic wine, in which the fruit is not flaunted shamelessly, but rather reveals itself like a fine perfume, between wet slate, Atlantic salt, and a white, mineral light that seems to filter through from the island landscape itself. It is a white of great class, one of those that speak as much of the soil as of the human hand, and that leave the impression of craftsmanship cared for down to the last detail.
